Meals

Each trip is accompanied by professional chefs: all food is cooked on site, observing sanitary norms and standards from a unique menu specially designed for each route.
You can get acquainted with the selection of dishes of a base tour in advance and make adjustments considering different aspects of health or religion.

We also offer two dinners in restaurants: at the beginning of the trip, so that participants can get to know each other and at the end to share their impressions and celebrate the end of the expedition.

We care not only about the comfort of our customers, but also about the preservation of the environment, so we provide eco-dishes and ensure the proper utilization of waste. All you are left to do is to enjoy the wonderful company, delicious food and magnificent nature.

Breakfast

The menu of a base tour includes a classic European breakfast, healthy porridge, hearty omelette or scrambled eggs, sandwiches, coffee or tea - you do not need to get up early to cook it all. Professional chefs will do it for you while you are enjoying a delicious breakfast with birds singing and leaves rustling around you, surrounded by stone monoliths or in front of breathtaking views.

Lunch

Sandwiches, burgers, pies or rolls with meat and vegetable fillers are what our chefs offer for a hearty snack along the base tour route. A small picnic al fresco will allow not only to relax from the steering wheel, warm up and gain strength, but also to see the nearest sights.

Dinner

Dinner on the menu of the base tour consists of a first and second courses, salad or grilled vegetables with drinks typical of each region. Cooks use fresh local products, typical or - on the contrary, special ones, which can only be tasted here.

In the Caucasus - it will be kharcho, lyulya-kebab or salad with eggplants and peppers for vegetarians; in Adygea - Dashkholaps soup and Chatlybzh and fresh juicy vegetables; in the Altai - Kocho soup, shish kebab and vegetables on the grill; in Voronezh - classical Russian cuisine and local fish; in Kazakhstan - shorpa, lamb dishes and traditional salads; in Kalmykia - noodle soup and baked local fish; in the Urals - Ural shchi soup, Tazalyk salad and typical Russian cuisine. 

After an eventful day, a dinner like that under the stars will allow you to relax, share impressions, get acquainted with other participants or be alone with yourself and the surrounding nature.

Personal menu

A set of dishes included in the "base tour" can be individually changed or supplemented.

You can get acquainted with the "basic menu" before the journey and make all necessary adjustments taking into account individual taste, diet, health or faith. Depending on the extent of changes to the base tour menu, an additional fee may be charged.

You can specify details and make changes before the conclusion of the contract.
